Since 2017, our client has provided an innovative care solution for people with care needs enabling them to enjoy fun filled holidays every year. To support their growth they now seek customer, quality focused Senior Care Coordinators to work on a hybrid basis from their office in Birmingham. On offer is: A basic salary of 30k to 35k33 days holiday (inc bank holidays)Fantastic opportunities to grow into new rolesA fun working environmentOffice hours Monday to Friday 9:00 to 6:00Hybrid working 5 days out of 10You will be responsible for: Writing care plans and conducting care assessmentsCoordinating care hoursHelping to put together risk assessments for activitiesEnsuring the right equipment is available throughout the tripYou will need: Experience as a Care CoordinatorNVQ level 3 in Health and Social CareThe ability to remain calm under pressureGood PC literacyTo be career focused and wanting to develop and learnIf you feel you have the experience required and have worked as a Care Coordinator or Scheduler in the past then we would love to hear from you.
