Senior Care Assistant

On behalf of a purpose-built luxury Care Home in Crowthorne we are recruiting for Senior Care Assistants for Days and Nights to join their growing care team. Job reference: PK62550 (Senior Care Assistant) This is a beautiful, state of the art Residential Care Home specialising in elderly and dementia care. The Home is a part of a long-established charity that operates a number of Nursing and Residential Care Homes across the UK and can offer fantastic opportunities for progression and personal development. As a Senior Carer you will be expected to lead by example at all times and provide strong leadership to the rest of the care team. The Care Home are seeking dedicated Senior Care Assistants or Senior Support Workers (preferably with previous care home experience) to join their care team on permanent contracts as with increasing resident numbers their staffing levels are also increasing. They have both full and part time, permanent positions available on both Days and Nights. The starting pay is a fantastic 15.34 to 15.67 per hour with paid breaks. NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is preferred and candidates will need to be medication trained.
