You will play a pivotal role in supporting adults with diverse needs, including mental health conditions, dementia, and behavioural challenges, within a residential and respite setting. An enhanced DBS certificate on the update service will be required for this role. Key Responsibilities:Leading and supporting a team of Care Assistants to deliver outstanding care.Assisting residents with all aspects of daily living, including personal care (washing, dressing, toileting), mobility support, and mealtimes.Administering medication in line with policies and ensuring accurate record-keeping.Providing emotional support and companionship to residents, including promoting engagement in social activities.Monitoring, reporting, and documenting any changes in residents'' health and well-being to senior management.Supporting the Registered Manager in maintaining high standards of care delivery.Promoting residents'' independence, dignity, and quality of life at all times.Acting as a key worker for individual residents, including liaising with families and healthcare professionals.Upholding company policies and safeguarding practices.Working flexibly across various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and sleep-ins.
