Setting the tone for the shift - modelling the energy, warmth, and professionalism you expect from the teamaround you. Delivering and overseeing high-quality personal care: washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support. Administering and recording medications in accordance with company policy and CQC standards (wherecompetency-assessed).
