You are not just a shift leader you are a standard-setter, a culture carrier, and one of the first people our residents and families turn to.Job OpportunityKEY RESPONSIBILITIES Leading and supervising the care team during your shift, acting as first point of contact and escalatingconcerns to the Nurse in Charge. Setting the tone for the shift - modelling the energy, warmth, and professionalism you expect from the teamaround you. Delivering and overseeing high-quality personal care: washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support. Administering and recording medications in accordance with company policy and CQC standards (wherecompetency-assessed). Completing, reviewing, and updating care plans and risk assessments using our PCS care system, ensuringaccuracy and clinical relevance. Spot-checking your team''s documentation and coaching improvement - not just completing your ownrecords. Supporting residents with nutrition and mealtimes - ensuring these are social, dignified occasions, notrushed routines.
