This innovative, purpose-built home provides specialist Dementia and Nursing care for up to 76 residents.We are looking for a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to play a key role in leading our care team. In this role, you will ensure our residents receive the highest standard of care while creating a warm and supportive environment. You will coordinate shifts, lead by example, and be responsible for the performance of your team during each shift, helping us maintain a caring, efficient, and positive atmosphere throughout the home.What We Offer£13.21 per hour, full-time and part-time contracts available, dayshift or nightshiftAdditional £2 per hour for overtimePension scheme, Onsite parkingPaid DBS, Uniform provided5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)What You Will DoAs a Senior Care Assistant, you will lead and support the care team to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive atmosphere within the home.
