As a Senior Care Assistant, you will lead and support the care team, ensuring every resident receives the highest standard of personalised care. You will coordinate shifts, guide your colleagues, and maintain a positive and compassionate atmosphere throughout the home. What We Offer: £13.00 per hour Full Time Pension, Paid DBS, Uniform provided 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract) What You Will Do: In this role, you will lead and coordinate the care team to ensure residents receive excellent care tailored to their individual needs. You will assist residents with dressing, bathing, toileting, and mobility while prioritising dignity and independence. You will oversee medication management, ensuring accurate administration and documentation.
