This is a full-time role working 36 hours per week, including alternative weekend cover. Shift patterns will vary from week to week, with shifts of either 7am 4pm or 4pm 10pm. The Role: Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to clients with very complex needs. Support clients to maximise their independence and maintain integration within the wider community. Assist clients with personal hygiene, dietary needs and medication. Support clients to access social and leisure activities and liaise with external agencies where required. Provide advocacy and support to clients and their families when appropriate. Promote safeguarding principles and ensure the safety and wellbeing of clients. Undertake risk assessments and promote safe working practices. Support team performance, coordinate shift cover and assist with staff training and development.
