About the RoleWe are recruiting for a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join a dedicated team within a warm and welcoming residential care setting in Crosby.This is a full-time day position working 37.5 hours per week, offering the opportunity to take a lead role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You will support both residents and care staff, helping to ensure dignity, independence, and wellbeing are always at the heart of daily life.The service is a charming, characterful Victorian property set in a peaceful location close to local transport links and the seafront. It provides residential and respite care for up to 20 residents, including specialist support for individuals living with dementia.The SettingThis is a true home from home environment where residents are treated as individuals and supported to live life their way.
