Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents. Lead and support care teams during shifts, ensuring care plans are followed. Administer and record medication where appropriately trained and authorised. Monitor residents wellbeing and report any changes or concerns promptly. Support with personal care, mobility, nutrition and hydration. Complete accurate care documentation and daily records. Promote residents dignity, independence, choice and wellbeing. Assist with handovers and communicate effectively with colleagues, residents and families. Support junior care staff and provide guidance during shifts. Follow safeguarding, health and safety and infection-control procedures.
