Own ZEN’s compliance strategy for card schemes (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)Ensure implementation of card scheme rules across the company — from ops to tech to securityBe the main point of contact for scheme inquiries, audits, and investigationsSpot compliance risks early, assess impact, and lead mitigation planningImprove internal processes and compliance frameworks to support scalable growthDraft and update internal policies based on best practices and practical realityTrain teams to ensure understanding and accountability across departmentsWhat we’re looking for:

5+ years in a compliance role within the financial sectorStrong working knowledge of card scheme regulations , especially on the acquiring sideUniversity degree in law, finance, or managementFluent English and great communication skillsResult-driven mindset and ability to find pragmatic, creative solutionsWhat we offer:
