      <description>Location: City | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Temporary | Senior Capital Projects Manager required on a temporary contract basis by a large public body  Your new company The services of Hays have been retained by our client, a large public body, to recruit a Senior Capital Projects Manager on a temporary contract basis for an initial period of 12-18 months with the possibility of further extension.Your new role Reporting to the Head of Capital Projects, you will ensure the delivery of allocated capital projects from inception to completion, which will include:The production of reports and other information required by a range of stakeholders to assist with performance management.Responsibility for the provision of design and development advice, cost management and technical support.Developing service delivery agreements for consultants and contractors and preparing appropriate tender and contract documentation.Managing and monitoring contracts and service delivery agreements.Managing allocated projects from inception to successful delivery, compliant with project briefs and objectives.Preparing effective project briefs, in conjunction with project sponsors / clients.Managing and controlling quality, time and cost parameters of all allocat...</description>
