To develop service delivery agreements for consultants and contractors as required by the Capital Development Manager and prepare appropriate tender and contract documentation. To support the Project Development Manager in the delivery of the Capital Programme including managing and monitoring contracts and service delivery agreements Responsible for the effective management, monitoring and control of allocated projects from inception to successful delivery compliant with projects briefs, objectives, and implementation plans. Prepare effective project briefs, in conjunction with project sponsors / clients.
