Job Title: Senior CandI EngineerLocation: Plymouth - Hybrid 2+ days per week on-siteRole Type: PermanentSalary: 55,000 - 65,000 depending on experience Our client, an established engineering consultancy, require an experienced Senior CandI Engineer to join their multi-disciplined team based in Plymouth. Please note we can only consider sole UK Nationals due to security clearance restrictions The Control and Instrumentation Engineering team works collaboratively with customers and multi-disciplinary engineering teams to support complex engineering assets and facilities. The role is responsible for providing technical leadership on control and instrumentation systems, supporting asset lifecycle management, developing modifications and upgrades, and ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory and operational requirements. What the role of the Senior CandI Engineer entails:Some of the main duties of the Senior CandI Engineer will include:Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise for control and instrumentation systems.Develop, review and approve CandI designs, calculations, specifications and technical documentation.Support maintenance, fault investigations, obsolescence management and plant modifications.Engage directly with customers, project teams and regulators to ensure engineering solutions meet requirements.Lead design reviews, hazard studies and engineering substantiation activities.Support installation, commissioning, testing and operational readiness ..... full job details .....
