Senior Campaigns and Partnership Manager

OverviewWe are looking for a
Senior Campaigns and Partnership Manager or an Account Director looking for a change
to be seconded to one of our biggest government clients. This person will take the lead in managing relationships with the client\''s private sector network, which includes major UK brands, innovative SMEs and highly influential individuals / personalities.
You will have responsibility for supporting the delivery of the client\''s centrally led campaigns, events and brand activations internationally, principally developing creative partnerships and collaborating with business and high-profile individuals on a major new campaign in the US, including a flagship moment in LA in May 2026. The role will also include management of the client\''s private sector council, a body of 20+ C-Suite representatives from leading UK companies and organisations who lend their support to the campaign.
Please note this role is a 12 month contract and you are expected to attend the client\''s office (central London) on a hybrid basis.
Responsibilities and Duties
Act as secretariat for the private sector council, a body of 20+ C-Suite representatives from leading UK companies and organisations. Arrange 3 PSC meetings a year and act as the day-to-day liaison between members of the PSC and the wider team.
Manage existing network, identify and recruit new supporters, to support the campaign’s activity across the globe, with a focus on US activity in 2025/26, particularly a major LA event in May 2026.
Oversee the engagement programme, including one-to-one meetings, annual reception, and ad hoc events, working with the director, deputy director, and head of campaigns and partnerships, as required
Lead the ‘roll-out’ of the champion model, helping to evolve our engagement with the private sector. Create a series of new ‘products’ to help increase engagement and work with colleagues to improve X-government coordination.
Provide consultancy advice on stakeholder engagement and introductions to the wider network, in particular supporting the regional leads based internationally
Act as an advocate for the programme, for example, presenting on the programme to international delegations and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Demonstrable success in stakeholder relationship management, particularly high-profile individuals and C-Suite audiences
Proven ability to engage, recruit and manage external supports / partners
Experience developing and managing creative partnerships with private sector businesses or individuals
Confident communicator (verbally and written)
Good understanding of business and culture
Willingness to be flexible and work to tight deadlines.
An eye for detail and accuracy
