We are seeking a commercially minded, highly organized Senior Café Operations Supervisor to lead our front-of-house operations and drive excellence across both venues. The Role: As our Senior Café Operations Supervisor, you won''t just be managing a floor-you will be leading a management team. You will directly manage and mentor three Café Supervisors, ensuring consistent standards across both spaces. You will also serve as the vital bridge between front-of-house service and our kitchen leadership, collaborating daily with our Kitchen Manager and Head Chef. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Mentor, schedule, and develop a team of 3 Café Supervisors and a wider pool of service staff. Dual-Venue Excellence: Maintain high-speed efficiency in our high-volume self-service café, while delivering impeccable, premium hospitality in our intimate table-service café.
