Senior Cad Technician

Our Engineering and Manufacturing client based in Havant are looking for an experienced CAD Technician to join their team on a permanent basis as they take on interesting large-scale projects. The Senior CAD technician will be working on technically complex and challenging projects within the building industry, and will be involved in project technical drafting as well as collaboration with relevant team. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Create high-quality technical drawings of their products based on drawings supplied by client Liaise with architects, engineers, designers, Project Manager and other relevant individual (via email, Teams meeting and/or face to face) to understand the design requirements Conduct quality checks on completed drawings to identify any errors or discrepancies Communicate effectively with team Lead to ensure project deadlines are met SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Excellent written and spoken communication skills Knowledge in utilising AutoCAD software (At least 5 years experience Preferable) Able to read, interpret and create Architectural / Construction drawings Working Hours: 8:00am - 16:30pm Salary: 37,000 + If this role could be of interest, please apply and we will be in touch! ..... full job details .....
