As part of a wider infrastructure group, they are expanding our engineering capability and are now looking for a CAD Engineer to join a design team.This is an opportunity to work across clean water, drainage and wastewater projects, supporting engineers from concept through to detailed design on UK water frameworks.What you''ll be doingProducing high-quality civil and drainage drawings using 2D AutoCADSupporting design delivery across water and infrastructure projectsCoordinating surveys, investigations and design inputsWorking within CDE platforms (Asite, ACC, BIM360)Applying fundamental hydraulic design principlesSupporting design assurance, quality control and project close-outWorking in line with CDM, HandS and ISO standardsCollaborating closely with multi-disciplinary design teamsWhat we''re looking forQualified CAD Engineer with civil engineering experienceStrong AutoCAD skills and understanding of CAD standards / ISO 19650Experience within the UK water sector (drainage, clean or wastewater)Knowledge of UK Water Industry guidanceBIM awareness and survey experience desirableProactive, detail-focused and keen to developFull UK driving licenceWhat you need to do nowIf you''re interested in this role, click ''apply ..... full job details .....
