As a Senior Buyer, you''ll take ownership of the daywear category, working closely with Design, Merchandising and suppliers to deliver trend-led, commercially successful ranges. You''ll trade your department daily, react quickly to customer demand and play a key role in driving sales, margin and profitability. Responsibilities Develop and trade commercially successful product ranges. Work closely with Design and Merchandising to build balanced, profitable collections. Analyse sales and market trends to identify opportunities and manage risk. Source and develop products with suppliers while negotiating costs and improving margins. Manage the critical path to ensure products launch on time. Carry out competitor analysis and identify gaps within the range. Build strong supplier relationships and travel where required. Support and mentor junior members of the Buying team. Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and drive business growth.
