Responsibilities

Take charge of sourcing critical components from global suppliers for a leading manufacturer in the oil, gas, and precision engineering sector.

Lead the procurement of precision-machined parts, sourcing across international markets to secure best value while maintaining quality and delivery standards.

Operate with autonomy and influence long-term procurement strategy without corporate red tape.

What you''ll need

Strong, proven negotiation skills

International procurement experience - across Asia, Europe, or North America

Solid understanding of ERP/MRP systems

Experience sourcing precision-machined components

Based within 40 minutes of Knutsford and open to occasional overseas travel

Desirable

A degree in engineering, supply chain or similar

Experience in oil and gas, valves, or exotic materials
