You will work closely with commercial, estimating, and operational teams while managing supplier and subcontractor relationships to ensure best value across the supply chain.Key ResponsibilitiesProcure materials and services in line with project requirementsNegotiate pricing and terms with suppliers and subcontractorsManage subcontract packages from tender through to performance reviewEnsure procurement activities meet budget, quality, and programme targetsBuild and maintain strong supply chain relationshipsSupport project teams with product selection and cost adviceMonitor subcontractor performance and identify improvement opportunitiesRespond to site queries and provide timely procurement supportRequirementsProven experience in a similar construction buying roleExperience managing subcontract procurement is advantageousCommercially aware with strong negotiation skillsExcellent organisation and stakeholder management abilitiesSalary negotiable depending on experience.
