Procurement Lead
to join our team and take ownership of purchasing activities that support our Engineering Team’s CAPEX projects and contracts.This is a strategically focused role where you’ll act as a key commercial representative in a cross-functional environment, driving efficiencies, minimising risk, and ensuring best total cost of acquisition across your spend areas.?
What You’ll Be DoingLeading procurement activities for engineering-related CAPEX projects and contracts.Developing and executing sourcing strategies for indirect spend.Managing supplier relationships and contracts, particularly for smaller suppliers.Creating and maintaining supplier assessment programmes to drive performance improvements.Collaborating with operational leads to ensure best value and alignment with strategic roadmaps.Delivering category reporting, identifying synergies, and achieving savings.Championing sustainability across the supply base.?
What You’ll NeedMinimum
3 years’ experience
in a Procurement Department or managing CAPEX contracts.Engineering background
preferred.Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence cross-functional teams.A valid
driving licence
and flexibility to travel to supplier/vendor sites.Passion for
sustainable sourcing
and continuous improvement.?
