Key responsibilities include:Leading complex procurement exercises from sourcing strategy through to contract awardManaging major supplier and subcontractor relationships across construction and infrastructure projectsDeveloping procurement and category strategies that support programme deliveryNegotiating contracts, commercial terms, and long-term framework agreementsSupporting cost management, forecasting, change control, and commercial risk mitigationProviding procurement assurance and ensuring compliance with governance and procurement regulationsAdvising senior stakeholders on sourcing, contracting, and supplier management strategiesDriving supply chain innovation, resilience, sustainability, and continuous improvementSupporting and mentoring ..... full job details .....
