Senior Buyer role Reporting to the Head of Commercial you will manage the supply chain in respect of material procurement and plant required for residential developments. Ensuring materials are competitively procured to budget, programme, and specification. Thereby contributing to effective operational delivery of housebuilding operations. Duties and responsibilities: Procure materials and manage suppliers to support residential development projects, ensuring best value, quality, compliance, and timely delivery. Support budgets, cost planning, and commercial reporting, including site-start budgets, cost-to-complete reporting, and material reconciliations. Prepare tenders, procurement schedules, and supplier orders in line with project programmes and internal procedures.
