Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Buyer (Direct) to join our procurement team. This pivotal role involves managing direct purchasing activities, optimising supply chain operations, and ensuring the timely procurement of materials essential for production.

Duties:

- Accountable for obtaining goods/services required by the organization including:

- Direct Operations (Production) Procurement processes include:

- Product/Service Sourcing

- Supplier Selection

- Pricing/Terms Negotiation

- Order Processing

- Contract Administration

- Supplier Performance Management

Responsibilities typically include:

- Managing large projects or processes with limited oversight from manager.

- Problems faced are difficult and often complex.

- Contract negotiations, price analysis, internal and external stakeholder management, contract terms.
