The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service and a proven track record of managing complex and VIP-level travel arrangements.You''ll be responsible for end-to-end travel planning, ensuring seamless experiences for high-profile corporate clients. Your role will require attention to detail, a strong knowledge of GDS systems (Galileo preferred), and the ability to handle travel logistics efficiently and professionally.Key ResponsibilitiesManage complex travel bookings across air, rail, hotel, and ancillary servicesDeliver a premium service experience to VIP and executive-level clientsIssue tickets, process reissues, and handle fare adjustmentsResolve client issues promptly with a service-first mindsetEnsure compliance with internal standards and client SLAsMaintain accurate records and booking documentationSupport vendor negotiations and cost-saving initiativesHandle accounting queries and reconciliation tasksMentor junior colleagues and support team developmentAdhere to data security and regulatory compliance (incl.
