You''ll help shape the future operating model, governance and delivery approach of a large function supporting one of the UK''s most significant defence and engineering programmes. Working within a highly secure and complex environment, you''ll support strategic transformation initiatives that improve organisational effectiveness, strengthen governance, enhance demand management and embed modern ways of working.
