Senior Business Support Officer needed! Salary: 15.38ph Location: Sandy Park, BS4 Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Till August 2026Minimum of 2-3 days per week in office once trained, can offer hybridPurpose of the jobWorking in our busy repairs team you''ll be arranging repair appointments, speaking to residents, contractors and internal trade teams; updating Housing Systems with accurate notes, data cleansing and investigating historical data and job completions. We are looking for people who thrive in a busy environment; A customer service background is essential as you will be speaking to Bristol City Council residents and stakeholders on a daily basis; You will need to be a team player who is able to communicate effectively with colleagues across all departments; Excellent IT skills are essential to this role, you will be working with a range of systems and spreadsheets that need to be updated accurately.
