Engage prospects over the phone, qualify opportunities, and book meetingsManage and follow up warm leads with your own pipelineSupport and mentor Business Development Executives, setting the standard for call activity and conversionWork closely with the surveying team to ensure seamless handoversTrack and report activity against agreed targets, providing insight to leadershipAbout You
Proven experience in a phone-based sales role (commercial real estate or related sectors preferred)Track record of delivering against sales targets and KPIsStrong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skillsConfident, resilient, and self-motivated with a proactive mindsetAble to balance hands-on calling with pipeline strategy and team supportWhat’s on Offer
