Senior Business Development Manager , you''ll lead the charge in evolving the firm''s approach to business development-bringing structure, insight, and energy to their pursuit strategy. You''ll work closely with senior stakeholders to build a proactive sales culture, manage key accounts, and drive profitable growth.What you''ll be doing:Define and manage a pipeline of strategic pursuits and tendersChampion CRM best practices (Dynamics) across the PI Audit practicePartner with audit leaders and marketing to shape go-to-market plansLead account management for priority targets, qualifying opportunities earlyMonitor KPIs and hold stakeholders accountable for BD activityBuild a BD community and identify training needs across the teamCollaborate across service lines to develop compelling propositionsWhat you''ll bring:Proven experience in

professional services , ideally within an

accountancy firmStrong background in

BD and account management

FTSE 350 spaceExceptional

stakeholder management
