Senior Business Development Manager

We are pleased to be working with an International Logistics company, whom, due to their on-going successes and growth require proven BDM''s in the Air, Sea and Land freight sectors.

THE ROLE;
You will drive new business opportunities through Business Development, sourcing and closing contracts.
Own your region, build a new-business pipeline end-to-end: prospecting, qualification, discovery, capability, negotiation, close.

Negotiate commercial terms and progress opportunities through to contract award.
Maintain accurate pipeline and sales forecasts.
Monitor market activity and identify new sectors and opportunities.
Ensure a structured handover of new contracts to the operational teams.

THE CANDIDATE;
You will be comfortable working on your own.
You must have an existing network.
Strong experience across Air / Sea or Land, these sectors are relevant to the regions.
Driving License.
Excellent Communications skills.

THE BENEFITS:
Salary: Up-to -60,000 D.O.E plus comms, first year OTE min -100k
