The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, understanding client challenges, and delivering tailored outsourcing solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency. This position adopts a consultative sales approach, leveraging networking, referrals, LinkedIn, industry events, and targeted business development activities to build a strong pipeline. Working closely with the Marketing and Operations teams, the Senior Sales Professional will manage the full sales cycle while ensuring an exceptional client experience from initial engagement through to onboarding. Business Development Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate new business opportunities across the UK. Identify, qualify, and convert new business prospects through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, industry events, and targeted outreach. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
