Senior Business Development Manager

Role: Senior Business Development Manager Location: Greater Manchester (with UK-wide travel) Salary: £65-75k (Depending on Experience) + excellent package Overview We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead growth across major construction, infrastructure, industrial and public sector markets throughout the UK. This role is focused on identifying and securing high-value project opportunities, building strategic relationships with key stakeholders, influencing specifications at early project stages and converting opportunities into long-term business partnerships. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing business within complex project environments, managing long sales cycles and delivering sustainable revenue growth through strategic account development and new business acquisition. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to support UK growth objectives. Identify, target and secure opportunities with major contractors, infrastructure organisations, consultants and public sector clients. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including procurement professionals, project directors, construction managers and design teams.
