As a Senior Business Development Director (f/m/d), you will:Own and drive strategic growth
in your top accounts and region, identifying and securing new business with pharmaceutical, biotech, and CRO partners.Build
trusted relationships
with senior decision-makers in Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, and RandD.Lead the
full commercial cycle
— prospecting, pitching, proposal design, and deal closure.Translate client needs into
tailored solutions
that incorporate Clariness’ recruitment, retention, and real-world evidence services.Deliver a
steady flow of high-quality proposals , collaborating with internal teams.Requirements
We are looking for:A proven
strategic sales and account executive
with
7+ years in life sciences , preferably in patient recruitment.Experience in
selling into Clinical Operations
or similar functions, with a network of senior contacts, ideally in patient recruitment.Formal training in
consultative sales methodologies
(e.g., Sandler, Miller Heiman, Challenger).Proactive, strategic, persistent, and passionate about building from the ground up.Ambitious, entrepreneurial, motivated by
