Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider.We are currently recruiting for a Senior Business Development Manager to join their team.The main purpose of this Senior Business Development Manager role is to build new relationships with new potential clients and secure long-term contracts.In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £60,000 plus uncapped commission depending on experience.Company benefits also include: Uncapped Commission Company car or car allowance Mobile phone and laptop 20 days holiday plus bank holidayCompany pension ( after probation) This role is full-time and permanent The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am -5 pm Your responsibilities will include: Generate new business opportunities nationwide. Identify and secure high-value contracts across commercial, industrial, utilities and construction sectors. Develop relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Build and manage your own sales pipeline. Create and implement your own business development strategy. Attend client meetings, networking events and industry exhibitions.
