This is an opportunity to combine hands-on transformation delivery with senior-level consulting responsibility. More than just a Change Manager role You''ll become a trusted partner to the customer, working across an environment that stretches from the manufacturing shop floor through to executive leadership. You''ll help shape and lead the change approach, challenge thinking, manage senior stakeholders and ensure transformation is actually being embedded into the organisation - not simply delivered according to a project plan. You''ll still be close to implementation, but at this level you''ll also have a broader view of the programme.
