Leadership and a learning-oriented attitude are essential.Candidate Profile:Deep knowledge of change management principles and practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in assessing readiness and developing strategies.Analytical mindset to overcome resistance.Skilled in stakeholder engagement and facilitation.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.Certifications like APMG, PROSCI, or Six Sigma are desirable but not mandatory.
