Description Senior Business Architect The Business Architecture Practice is being created to provide architectural leadership across process, people, technology, data and information domains. The key responsibilities are as follows: Lead and develop a team of Business Architects, fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture and supporting professional growth. Partner with senior stakeholders to establish, develop and continuously improve the Business Architecture practice. Define and implement architecture standards, methodologies, frameworks and governance processes. Develop and maintain current-state and future-state business architecture models to support strategic decision-making. Create and embed business architecture artefacts, including business capabilities, customer journeys, service patterns and operating model blueprints. Provide architectural leadership and assurance across a portfolio of transformation and change initiatives. Work closely with Business Analysts, Service Designers, Programme Managers and Technology teams to design effective business solutions.
