We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within the insurance industry, preferably with exposure to the London Market. Responsibilities include writing and communicating specifications, evaluating requests, collaborating with UI/UX, developers, QA, and stakeholders, and mentoring junior analysts.Responsibilities

Develop understanding of Platform functionality and specialized knowledge in certain areas.Analyze complex business processes to determine effective systems technology.Gather and document business requirements, lead workshops, and produce user stories.Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.Support testing phases, review QA tests, and assist during user acceptance testing.Participate in project planning, manage expectations, and provide training.Mentor junior analysts and support team collaboration.Qualifications

5+ years as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry, with London Market experience preferred.Strong technical skills, including JSON or other coding languages.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Ability to work independently and in teams, with effective requirement management skills.About Us
