The role focuses on helping organisations understand how artificial intelligence can be used responsibly and effectively to improve services, processes and decision-making. The successful candidate will lead workshops, analyse business problems, assess AI opportunities and design future-state processes that support transformation outcomes. This is not a traditional requirements gathering role. The team is looking for an individual who can challenge stakeholders, facilitate complex conversations and translate emerging AI opportunities into practical business improvements.
