Senior Business Analyst - London3 days onsite (Hybrid)(£600 - £630 a day Umbrella Inside IR35 Umbrella)We are looking for a Business Analyst who has experience within the banking sector working on Trading Controll ProgrammesWe''re starting to mobilise a Trading Controls Programme and we''re looking for a BA to assist on Supervisory workstream initially.Key ResponsibilitiesLead analysis and target-state design across Mandates, Product and Trading Supervision, ensuring that requirements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous and verifiable.Elicit requirements through workshops, stakeholder interviews, scenario analysis, process reviews, use cases and workflow analysis.Define desk and individual trading mandate responsibilities, authorities and controls, with clear lineage to business strategy and risk appetite.Support remediation of desk and individual mandates and define interim and target mandate operating models and strategic requirements.Develop the Product Taxonomy framework, including product definitions, hierarchy, attributes, governance and change processes.Support implementation of the New Product Policy and define Product Governance and Approved Product List ownership, life cycle controls and operating models.Define the requirements for a governed, central Approved Product List and associated product data, workflow, control and technology capabilities.Develop the Trading Supervision Policy, controls catalogue and interim ..... full job details .....
