Senior Business Analyst (Student Systems/HE Systems)

Your new company An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in a major student systems transformation programme. Working as part of a large-scale digital change initiative, you will support the implementation of a new cloud-based Student Information System, helping to modernise core processes and enhance the student and staff experience.This is a highly visible role, offering the opportunity to work with senior stakeholders across the institution to analyse, redesign and optimise business processes across the end-to-end student life cycle.Your new role Lead business analysis activities across a complex Student Information System implementation.Analyse and redesign student life cycle processes, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and SaaS platform capabilities.Work closely with senior stakeholders, project teams and software vendors to capture, validate and prioritise business requirements.Develop and maintain business analysis artefacts, including process maps, benefits realisation plans, requirements documentation and test plans.Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to drive consensus and decision-making.Identify business improvement opportunities and support continuous process optimisation.Manage and communicate risks, issues, dependencies and change impacts throughout the project life cycle.Support user adoption, training and change management activities.Provide strategic business ..... full job details .....
