Senior Business AnalystAdecco are recruiting on behalf of the Local Authority for a Senior Business Analyst to support the implementation of a new Social Care Case Management System across Adults'' and Children''s Services. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in social care systems who can quickly integrate into the programme, work independently, and support a major transformation project.Contract Details:Type: Temporary Pay: 600 per day (Umbrella)Location: NewhamWorking Arrangements: Hybrid - Minimum 1-2 days per week on site Hours: Full timeInitially offered as a 3-month contract, with the potential to extend up to 12 months.About the RoleThe successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the implementation of a new Social Care Case Management System. Working closely with programme leads, operational teams and stakeholders, you will analyse existing business processes, gather requirements, support system design and help drive improvements across Adult and Children''s Social Care services.
