Senior Business Analyst (SC Cleared)6-Month ContractLondon (Hybrid - 50% Onsite)We''re supporting a major UK institution undergoing a large-scale technology modernisation programme and are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a high-profile transformation team on an initial 6-month contract.Working within a technology strategy and architecture function, you''ll play a key role in shaping and delivering technology change initiatives, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective solutions that support strategic objectives.As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with Product Managers, Technical Leads, Architects and business stakeholders to drive requirements gathering, analysis and solution design across a portfolio of technology modernisation projects.You will be responsible for:Capturing, analysing and documenting business and technical requirementsWriting user stories and acceptance criteria aligned to Agile delivery practicesSupporting backlog management and work prioritisationFacilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement sessionsProducing high-quality business analysis artefacts, including process maps, use cases and functional specificationsSupporting sprint ceremonies including planning, reviews and retrospectivesWorking collaboratively with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business objectivesIdentifying process improvement opportunities and challenging existing ways of workingSupporting design, testing and ..... full job details .....
