Senior Business Analyst

We''re working with a leading Investment Management firm seeking a Business Analyst to join their London team on an initial 6-month contract. This role sits within a wider transformation programme focused on improving the firm''s pension proposition and operating model. You''ll support multiple workstreams, driving change and engaging stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse and improve processes across CARE, DC, and DB pension schemes.Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders up to C-suite level.Gather requirements, perform gap analysis, map processes, and identify operational improvements.Support data, risk, and system administration workstreams across pensions transformation.Produce clear, high-quality documentation (business cases, process flows, recommendations).Skillset and Requirements:
