This role is crucial for leading business analysis activities and serving as the primary liaison between technical teams and senior stakeholders across various functions.Day-to-day of the role:Act as the principal interface between business stakeholders and the delivery team, engaging senior leaders across multiple functions.Lead workshops, playback sessions, and governance forums to secure buy-in and sign-off from stakeholders.Complete comprehensive AS-IS process mapping, identify inefficiencies, and design TO-BE processes aligned with business priorities.Produce clear, structured process models using BPMN, ensuring consistency across technical and business audiences.Capture, document, and prioritise both functional and non-functional requirements, translating complex business rules into detailed specifications for technical teams.Navigate competing stakeholder priorities and provide structured analysis to support key decisions.Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects, Product Owners, and Technical Leads to ensure alignment with the target architecture.Required Skills and Qualifications:Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex transformation ..... full job details .....
