Our key objective is to support the policy and operational divisions to meet the stated objectives. The Technology Division structure is designed to reflect the delivery lifecycle for technology. New technologies and investments are planned and designed and then handed over to be built, maintained and run. All of this activity needs to be conducted in a way that ensures information and data is kept secure, for which a separate operating function has been created. This role sits in TSA which is responsible for ensuring IT changes are aligned to business priority, and that the technical architecture is right. The team is now split into several towers, each intended to cover specific areas of the company (PRA, M&B etc.).
