Senior Business Analyst - Outside IR35

Our client, a leading player in the Defence and Security sector, is looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst to join their team in Aberdeen on a contract basis. This project, focusing on defence-related initiatives, demands a comprehensive understanding of repeatable manufacturing processes and ERP-based mapping.Key Responsibilities:Analyse business processes within a defence-related context to identify improvement opportunitiesMap manufacturing processes and ensure they are aligned with the ERP systemCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirementsProvide insights and recommendations to optimise process efficiencyDevelop comprehensive reports and documentation to support decision-makingStay abreast of industry trends and regulatory requirements relevant to defence and securityFacilitate meetings and workshops to elicit and validate business requirementsEnsure successful delivery of project milestones within the 4-month contract periodJob Requirements:Experience in business analysis, particularly within the defence and security sectorStrong understanding of manufacturing processes and their repeatabilityProficiency in ERP systems and process mappingExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work on-site a minimum of 4 days a week in AberdeenStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsCapacity to work under IR35 compliance for a 4-month contractAbility to commence work imminently and partake in an interview process this ..... full job details .....
