Senior Business Analyst (12-Month Contract to Hire) Location: Newcastle upon Tyne Contract Type: 12-Month Contract to Hire Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days per week on-site Permanent Opportunity: Intended conversion to a permanent role following the initial Contract period About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Business Analyst to join a growing delivery team supporting complex business and technology transformation initiatives. This role will play a critical part in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are translated into clear, high-quality requirements and effective solution designs. The successful candidate will bring strong analytical capability, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven experience delivering large-scale change initiatives within Agile and/or Waterfall environments. In addition, they will provide guidance and mentorship to other Business Analysts, driving quality and consistency across analysis activities.
