Senior Business Analyst

Role: Senior Business AnalystSalary: £80,000-£100,000 DoE (+ discretionary annual bonus of up to 7.5%)Location: Hybrid - London 2 days per week (Farringdon)The Opportunity:Our client, an innovative technology business operating within the healthcare and life sciences sector, is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join its growing team.The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping solutions that meet business needs, working closely with senior stakeholders, Developers, Testers and wider cross-functional teams throughout the full delivery lifecycle.This isn''t a traditional Business Analyst role. Alongside leading requirements gathering and solution design, you''ll coordinate Agile ceremonies, lead a small team of Developers and help improve standards and ways of working across the wider delivery function.
